The importance of visualization

Have you seen the secret? Do you sometimes 'see yourself doing things' and sooner or later find yourself actually experiencing them? I have had an AMAZING year and lots of my dreams have become reality. I visualised my business, I visualised getting an order with my favourite company and even visualised getting paid...all of things happened. But then there was nothing..I wondered why and realised that I had stopped visualising. You have to visualise continuously if the visualisation stops so does the dream. Meditation is a great way to visualize, clearing your mind and sitting in a quite space will help you to focus on your intentions, whilst visualising use your senses to taste,touch,see, hear, feel what you are visualising. I am a very dreative person and I find the best way to visualise is with pictures, I create 'mood boards' which are cut outs of things I aspire to and want in my life and create a board to put them all together. I have my mood boards on my wall and I spend a few minutes every day looking at these, to help me visualise and focus on my life - goals. You can create boards for every area of your life; career, finance, relationships etc. Positive input equals Positive output. I wish all your dreams come true. It also helps to be around positive people who encourage you and care about you reaching your goals. YOU get what YOU DESERVE in LIFE? Is this a fair statement? Hmm well in some aspects I think it is. If you are unhappy with certain areas of your life and you feel depressed, upset or dissapointed well there is only one person one can blame...YOU. If you want a better life then the only person who can make that happen is YOU. It seems quite harsh but in reality it is very true. Many of us like to moan that our jobs are not satisfactory, we do not have enough money, we do not have enough skills. Well the only way to change these is for YOU to take action. You may read this and think what the hell, sometimes situations are very difficult. Yes I agree this can be true and I personally have been in extremely difficult situations, but I chose the path of joy, happiness and success. If you have a burning desire for happiness then NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE...you can achieve whatever your heart desires..

The Law of Attraction

When I talk about the Law of Attraction many people think it is to do with the opposite sex, it can be but in most cases it is not. It is about attracting what you want in your life and how not to attract what you don't want. For example if you get a bill and you feel unhappy and focus on how sad you feel you have so little money and so many bills - guess what? You will get more bills and more debt! However if you are happy that you received a cheque in the post and you feel like your abundance is ever increasing - guess what? It will! Your MIND is such a powerful tool and whatever you think about and add emotions to..the universe will bring about more of the same. I know some of you synics out there will think this is absurd but imagine hypothetically speaking it is true? Imagine the possibilities? You can attract more of the same...hmm what would you attract into your life? A porsche, a perfect partner, a beautiful house or houses! Wow! the possibilities are endless...Just imagine! You dont have to take my word for it there are hundreds of books that prove this theory..my favourite is 'The Law of Attraction" by Michael Losier and also the Secret DVD is a must to start of with...

Or it can also work in the opposite way and absorb the frustrating situation around you and give you a headache. Make sure you are using your MIND in a POSITIVE way so that you can lead a POSITIVE life. Its a funny thing about life...If you refuse to accept the very best, you will very often get it!
